Organizational Chart

The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of TFMI, headed by a Chairman. It oversees an Audit Department and four functional Committees.

TFMI has one President, who operates in accordance with the Board's resolutions and manages all company affairs. Under his leadership, there are four Marketing Departments, four Underwriting Departments, two Claim Departments, eight Administrative Departments, three Business Development Departments and ten Branches.
